Adriane Bowens

Adriane has over 15 years of professional experience working in various roles including an event manager and marketing ambassador, human resources coordinator, community outreach coordinator, and an executive assistant supporting C-level executives. She is a graduate of NC State University with a B.S. in Business Management.

As the administrative operations manager at The Diversity Movement, Adriane provides internal and external administrative support for the VP of business strategy, coordinating logistics for meetings, events, and travel. In addition, she aids in presentation development and proposal creation, takes the lead on identifying and preparing RFPs, ensures that the revenue team is tracking sales reporting, and assists clients and potential clients with inquiries. 

When she’s not working, Adriane loves going to the beach, laying out in the sun, and reading a good book. She’s a plant-based foodie and enjoys trying new and fun meals that are healthy and tasty! She tries her best each day to live a life of peace, joy, and happiness. 

Adriane is proud to serve her community as a Dress for Success Image Coach volunteer and a Feed the Homeless volunteer through her church.

Why DEI?: Why is this still something we have to create lanes for in this day and age? So I ask, why not DEI? Everyone has unique abilities and talents that they bring to the table – no matter their race, gender, or background. Imagine how much further we would be if we all were inclusive and worked together for the greater goal of simply living a life of peace, happiness, creativity and teamwork.
