Why DEI? I’m a life-long sports fan, athlete, and former front office employee for a pro sports team. I know that championship teams leverage the diverse strengths and experiences of every player on the team. Coaches understand the unique value each player can add and ensure game plans are designed to get the best out of everyone for the good of the whole. The same is true for business teams. To have the best chance of winning, leaders must maximize team performance by fully engaging the strengths of each individual.
