Why D&I? I was first introduced to Universal Design through my work in the arts. Universal Design is rooted in the creation of an environment so that it can be accessed, understood, and used by all people regardless of age, ability, or demographic. To me, equity and accessibility should be foremost of mind – as a company, as a community, as a human. I deeply support the D&I Movement as a whole, and am excited to contribute to an initiative I feel so strongly about.
