Sharon Delaney McCloud (she/her) is an Emmy Award-winning broadcaster and communications expert who works with business leaders on communicating with confidence and impact to drive business results. She uses proven techniques to coach C-suite and emerging leaders on interpersonal and presentation best practices to improve team dynamics. From global companies like Cisco, Lenovo, and Merz Pharmaceuticals to up-and-coming start-ups, Sharon leads programs in advanced workplace communication, executive presence, and executive coaching, specifically with female executives. In addition, Sharon is a Senior Instructor with Walk West On Demand.
Sharon joined Walk West when she merged her video production company, Greenroom Communications, with Walk West in 2017. She graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in communication before embarking on a 20-year career as a television journalist.
As an active member of the Global Speakers Federation and the National Speakers Association, Sharon headlines conferences across the country and recently gave her first TEDx Talk.
