When Jenn T. Grace gives keynotes or provides consulting, she always leads with her queer identity. She has even branded herself as The Professional Lesbian and has written four books around LGBTQ+ topics. But one day she felt like she was so much more than what she was known for. So she took a step back and realized that she didn’t have to be the one leading the charge all the time – she could have a much greater impact by helping others share their stories.
