Diverse, Capable Characters With Disabilities Contribute To The Office Environment. Adapted Workspaces And Inclusive Practices Foster A Collaborative Atmosphere, Emphasizing Abilities Over Limitations

Employee resource groups (ERGs) are a pivotal part of any organization’s employee engagement program. They serve as a robust source of employee feedback, increased inclusion, higher employee retention, and steer the company toward equitable and innovative policies and processes. Ensure your organization’s ERGs are driving impact with The Diversity Movement’s 2024 ERG Summit.

This 2-hour symposium will consist of a workshop segment, client panel, and interactive breakout sessions to ensure you get the real-world solutions your organization needs. The workshop, led by Director of Client Success, Susie Silver, will cover:

  • How to link your ERG to overall business goals
  • Best practices for ERGs and common missteps to avoid
  • How to measure ERG success and demonstrate impact

Attendees will leave with methods to energize their employee-led groups and an understanding of how to maintain momentum for years to come.

This summit is also a great opportunity for anyone involved in DEI councils, committees, or other employee-led groups.
