The secret to success in the global marketplace is highly engaged employees. At market leading organizations, motivated individuals and talented teams generate 18% more in sales, are 14% more productive, and are 4.6 times more likely to feel empowered to perform their best work. Despite these clear benefits, many organizations aren’t measuring employee engagement accurately. They rely on surveys that provide limited information and fail to identify trouble spots. Consequently, CHROs, Chief People Officers and their teams lack the necessary information to launch strategies that improve workplace morale. But when leaders measure and track employee sentiment in detail—by location and in real time—they can ensure all employees remain engaged and productive.

Join us Thursday, February 20, at 2 p.m. EST, for a one-hour webinar explaining how to measure and track employee engagement. We will explore:

  • Setting employee engagement goals for your teams and organizations
  • Using surveys, well-being data, and internal communications to gather quantitative data that can be tracked
  • Gathering qualitative feedback through casual check-ins and intentional conversations
  • Analyzing engagement metrics and acting on feedback to create a motivated and productive workforce, no matter the size of your team
