Hispanic Heritage Month
National Hispanic American Heritage Month, also known as Hispanic Heritage Month, Latino Heritage Month, or Hispanic Latinx Heritage Month, is celebrated each year from September 15th to October 15th. During this month, we honor the “histories, cultures and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.” Acknowledging and celebrating diverse identities is critical to building an inclusive and employee-focused culture where all people feel safe to bring their full, authentic selves to work and empowered to contribute their best effort and ideas.
