Throughout the past decade, job boards have shown a steady increase in DEI postings. In fact, as a share of all job postings, diversity positions rose 18% in 2018, 30% in 2019, and a whopping 123% in 2020. If you’re a new DEI leader, how do you know where to get started? How do you gain buy-in from key stakeholders and position yourself for the greatest influence? Where can you find a few quick-wins to prove the value of your role while you push for long-term change?

Join host Jackie Ferguson, CDE, and panelists Dee McDougal and Jeffrey Despain, CDP as they cover:

  • How to write your DEI elevator pitch
  • Best practices for DEI implementation
