Registrants for The Diversity Leader’s Intensive must cancel at least 30 days before the start of the program to receive a refund of the program fee. Exceptions may be made for a qualifying event* with appropriate documentation. Qualifying events will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Program Coordinator. All cancellations will be subject to an administrative fee of $140.00, and cancellations occurring within 30 days will not be eligible for a refund. You may move your registration from one cohort to another without penalty, if notice is provided 30 days before the start of the cohort. If your registration is transferred within 30 days, you will be subject to an administrative fee of $140.00.
*Qualifying events include:
- Illness or injury of you and/or a family member that deems you unable to participate by order of a licensed physician
- The hospitalization or death of a family member
- Unforeseen natural disasters
- A legal obligation, such as being called for jury duty or to appear as a witness in court
