Ayse Tillman

Campaigner, Inquirer, Geek, Innovator

As Business Development Representative at The Diversity Movement, Ayse (pronounced eye-sha) helps organizations foster inclusive workplaces by connecting them with innovative DEI solutions that drive business success. With a passion for equity and accessibility, she partners with clients to identify tailored strategies that enhance culture, improve employee engagement, and support long-term growth.

Bringing her account management, teaching, and conversational skills to the team, Ayse is committed to building strong partnerships that empower organizations to create meaningful change. She considers herself an “idea person” and is constantly imagining new ways to achieve goals.

When she’s not helping companies integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into their business strategies, Ayse enjoys cooking for her family, playing video games, and reading.

Why DEI?: My intersections of race, gender, and neurotype heavily influence my passion for equity. I think that it’s possible to teach (almost) anyone if you’re willing and able to send the message in a way that they will receive it. There’s no point in sending a carrier pigeon to someone that’s terrified of birds.
