Partnership Brings Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Programming to North Carolina Business Leaders
Raleigh, N.C. (October 28, 2021) — Creating an inclusive organization is not just a good thing to do for employees, clients, customers, or communities, it is essential in building workplace excellence. Studies reveal that inclusive organizations generate 19-33% more revenue than their peers. Yet, most businesses don’t know where to begin or how to improve their cultures to reap these benefits.
Recognizing the significance of diversity, equity, and inclusion education, the Wake Forest University Center for Private Business is partnering with Raleigh-based The Diversity Movement to deliver a series of educational programs.
The Center is committed to growing and empowering a diverse community of leaders who strive to build better, more equitable businesses. The Center offers members access to The Diversity Movement’s critically-acclaimed content and resources.
