Training, developing, and educating tomorrow’s workforces, the companies share digital learning, DEI programming, and content with a focus on diverse early career employees

Raleigh and Atlanta, May 12, 2022 – Forward-thinking organizations, whether venture-backed startups or multibillion dollar corporations, thrive when their missions and cultures align. This is particularly important as Gen Z transitions from college to career. Zoomers are poised to become the largest generation on earth and already comprise about a quarter of the American workforce.

Recognizing how shifting demographics are transforming the future of work, Reimagine Talent Co. and The Diversity Movement have forged a partnership that focuses on training, development, and digital learning via a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) lens. This perspective is increasingly more important as companies understand DEI’s impact on profitability, innovation, and creativity.

Launched in 2018 by Chelsea C. Williams, Reimagine Talent focuses on comprehensive workforce and talent development programs and DEI-informed retention strategies that drive conscious organizations. Williams saw a need for development and retention programs via a DEI lens for employers, non-profits, and educational institutions.

“We are excited to partner with The Diversity Movement to bridge the gap between workforce and talent development,” said Chelsea C. Williams, founder and CEO of Reimagine Talent Co. “There has never been a more important time to strengthen diverse talent pipelines and build more multi-generationally connected workplaces than now.”

“If you are a chief executive officer or board member, you’re leading an organization that has been transformed physically and emotionally while also constantly confronted by new challenges,” said Donald Thompson, chief executive officer at The Diversity Movement. “Our partnership with Reimagine Talent enables us to deepen our insight and analysis regarding talent development, particularly with early-career diverse employees, one of Reimagine Talent’s core capabilities.

Williams, a 2021 Forbes Next 1000 Entrepreneur of the Year, is leading national efforts to reimagine career and work by utilizing her expertise to support organizations and multi-generational leaders in building more inclusive, equitable, and connected workplaces. She focuses on talent management topics, from developing and retaining early talent to activating allyship in the workplace. Prior to launching Reimagine Talent, Williams spent nearly a decade on Wall Street leading human capital and corporate social responsibility initiatives globally.
