Workshop Overview: Tuning Your Ear to Accents®

Inclusive Listening: Tuning Your Ear to Accents® boosts productivity, reduces errors, and fosters collaboration within teams. For leaders, learning how to navigate cultural and language differences is critical. Worse still, native English speakers may unintentionally overlook or misinterpret the contributions of their non-native colleagues.  

Workshop Structure

This 60-minute workshop is customized to your company’s specific needs, emphasizing practical applications for fostering an inclusive environment through language. Designed for speakers from all language backgrounds, it can be delivered both in-person and virtually, making it accessible for enterprise-wide or team-specific audiences. Participants will receive a “Guide for Collaborative Communication” post-workshop, detailing the specific strategies covered during the session.
