Pendo is what startups aspire to be. Launched in October of 2013 with 4 founders, Pendo has now raised over $200M, grown to over 500 employees, and is valued at over $1B. In many ways, Pendo is the poster child for startup success. But with that growth comes challenges. Jessica Jolley, Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Pendo, shares about the initiatives she’s excited about and gives tips for startups to set the groundwork for a DEI-friendly culture.
